Women of NAMM Leadership Summit at The 2027 NAMM Show
Presented by executive coach Emily Juricek, the summit will help participants identify their unique strengths, challenge their own limiting patterns and create a clear picture of what is next for their future. The workshop bridges the gap between personal leadership and real-world action, helping women clarify what they want, communicate it effectively and make decisions from a place of confidence and self-trust.

WoN Fund
The WoN Fund was created in 2018 to expand diversity, inclusion, and support for women in the music products industry. The donor-driven SWIM Fund will transition to the WoN Fund and remain under the direction of The NAMM Foundation. The WoN Fund supports women in the music products industry in developing their leadership proficiencies and aspirations.
Leadership Summit
The Women of NAMM Summit provides leadership development to female and female-identifying professionals in the music products industry. This intensive, three-day experience is led by Executive Coaching expert Dr. Jen Hall who helps attendees identify their leadership style, set goals, and understand strengths and opportunities for growth. Attendees leave this experience connected to an alumni network to help support continued growth and development.

The NAMM Show
Women of NAMM will gather at The 2026 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, January 20 - 24, with exhibits open January 22 - 24. The industry crossroads will convene to network and renew business relationships, partake in professional education sessions, and launch and discover new products.
WoN NAMM Show Scholarship
The WoN NAMM Show scholarship program seeks to support women with goals to connect, support and grow as professionals and leaders, and contribute to the development of the music products industry.
