No need to worry if you change your mind. Caitlin Doherty began her journey studying sound recording but discovered that working with gear was not her passion. She accepted her first job out of university as an audio producer for ringtones and later transitioned to a product manager role in Pro Audio Distribution. Now as the vice president of Erikson Audio, a division of Exertis | JAM, Caitlin thrives on the strategic challenges of her role, which fuels her entrepreneurial spirit.
