Xianggui Wang is the president of Soundking, a leading pro audio manufacturing company based in China. Founded in 1988, Soundking initially specialized in audio connectors before expanding into the development a wider range of professional audio equipment. Driven by a commitment to innovation, the company prioritizes high-quality and reliable signal transmission, staying true to its core values reflected in its original trademark, Shengyue, which translates to "the creation of pleasant and beautiful sounds."
Mr. Wang’s background is equally fascinating. With a degree in mechanical engineering, he discovered a passion for designing products that enhance the enjoyment of music. An interesting personal connection adds to his story—he is related to both Xizhi Wang, the renowned Chinese calligrapher, and Yangming Wang, the esteemed Chinese philosopher. With the help of the Soundking team, we successfully captured Mr. Wang’s interview during the NAMM Show in January 2025.
