Scott Summerhays, president of Summerhays Music Center in Murray, Utah is interviewed by Joe Lamond, CEO and President of NAMM as a guest panelist, along with fellow industry retailers and Robin Lewis, co-author of The New Rules of Retail.  Scott shared his perspective as a school music retailer (and member of NASMD - National Association of School Music Dealers) and how pre-emptive distribution - taking the music store to the schools - has aided Summerhays Music Center's success.
