Daniel Jobe’s passion for music is deeply rooted in his family. His father and uncle played in a lively Bluegrass band, and Daniel fondly remembers watching his father direct music at their church. In fifth grade, he formed a meaningful bond with his inspiring band director, who introduced him to the trombone and ignited his musical journey. While studying music in college, Daniel met his wife, Meredith, and the couple eventually settled in Springfield, Missouri.

Jeff Malott formed a lifelong bond with Mark Goff in first grade, a friendship that would later shape his career. While Mark pursued music, Jeff excelled in sports and later accounting, leading to his role at Paige’s Music. His early implementation of accounting software and integration of computer technology helped the store adapt to modern challenges, ultimately enabling online commerce. Steven Raft was the CFO of Alfred Music for several years.  Steven grew up in Montreal, Canada and he had an early start working in the music industry: as a teenager he was a manager for community dances which used Cerwin-Vega! loudspeakers.  After completing college in California, Steven worked at a Los Angeles area CPA firm and the first client he worked on was Cerwin-Vega!  Steven also worked on the development of a private foundation that was a Grammy Award winning jazz record label as a side project for the founder.
