Hannah Bliss grew up in a deeply musical family, playing piano and guitar and following in the footsteps of her father, who performed keyboards for the legendary UK rock band The Moody Blues. Surrounded by creativity, she developed an early love for the arts and found joy in learning about many forms of artistic expression. Over time, she discovered that marketing shared the same imaginative energy she cherished in music and art, allowing her to combine creativity with strategic thinking. That realization led her to Focusrite, where she found her professional home.

Tim Carroll started his musical career as a session and touring keyboardist. He loved being surrounded by the latest innovations in musical technology and was always an early adopter, especially as digital audio workstations began to appear. From his session and touring experiences, he became acquainted with many of the companies developing the technology, namely the team at Digidesign, the makers of Pro Tools. Tim joined Digidesign in 1997 just as Pro Tools was changing the audio world.

Phil Dudderidge, a veteran live-sound engineer, co-founded Soundcraft in the 1973, one of the most innovative pro audio companies in the industry at the time. He later purchased the Focusrite company in 1989. The business began out of a request from Sir George Martin for Rupert Neve to design a series of mic-pre and EQ console modules. Phil reissued the original modules in 1990 as the building block of the Focusrite Studio Console. From those beginnings, Focusrite has gained a reputation for innovative products both in analogue and digital and is today the leading audio interface

Dave Froker began playing guitar as a teenager and after working in another industry saw an ad in Guitar Player Magazine for a job opening at DigiDesign. He enjoyed his work with that company and the team before starting a small company with Peter Gotcher called Topspin.  While the company did not last, it flamed Dave’s passion for the music industry and creating tools that would help musicians make music. He worked with a few companies, including Line 6, before moving to the United Kingdom to become a part of the Focusrite family.

Lynn Martin has always been a passionate music maker, and as a leader of the music products industry, he has brought that same drive to creating and selling products that assist others to make music. Lynn played violin in several bands and had a memorable gig at a cowboy bar in Wyoming where he opened for a long list of notable artists. In 1980 he was hired by Larry Thomas to work at Guitar Center's third location in San Jose, CA. He worked for K&K Music and Skip’s Music before becoming a sales rep.
