Frankie Connor

Frankie Connor was an original member of the Liverpool based band The Hideaways, which enjoyed success since first forming in 1963. A few of the bands’ career highlights include playing at The Cavern Club more than any other band, recording an instrumental song for a television Timex commercial, and marking their 50th anniversary with three of the original four members. It’s been an incredible ride for these four lads from Liverpool! In addition to the band, Frankie has served as host of a popular BBC oldies radio program for over twenty years, slipping in a Hideaways recording every once in a while!
