Michael Sagun

Michael Sagun, while attending the University of Portland,  began working for a couple of local music stores.  He worked as a part time shipping clerk at Barker Lynns Sheet Music Service of Portland, which he would later purchase and run until his retirement from the industry several decades later.  The more he worked in the store, the more he enjoyed the business.  Throughout his career he became very active within RPMDA, serving on the board and as the president.  In fact, his contributions to the board include several practices still in place, serving as a great reminder of his contributions to our industry.
