How NAMM Members Can Send Personalized Invitations
Take advantage of this unique member benefit, so more of your staff and community can experience a NAMM event. Send a Believe in Music invitation to your colleagues, friends and customers, driving excitement and demand for the latest products, informing your staff about cutting-edge education and uniting our industry in this time of need.
Sending a Personalized Invitation
Creating an invitation is simple. Be sure to log in to your active member account and visit the invitation page.
To send an individual invitation, first select the INVITE tab, then click the CHOOSE button. Next, enter the required fields.
If you are sending an invitation to your team, be sure to check the EMPLOYEE/STAFF checkbox to ensure they receive all Member benefits associated with Believe in Music Week.
Finally, click the INVITE button to send your invitation.
Please note: There is no limit to how many invitations you can send. If your company has already invited a person, you won’t be able to issue another invitation to that same person.
Sending Bulk Invitations via Spreadsheet
If you want to send invitations across your contact list, follow these simple steps to download a template and upload your list:
- Select the UPLOAD tab to begin.
- Use the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button to download a blank invitation template.
- Fill in the required fields and save your file.
- Click BROWSE and select your file to upload.
- Click SUBMIT to upload invitations.
Resending Invites
If you need to resend an unredeemed invitation, please do the following:
- Enter the criteria to find or download in the SEARCH tab. If no information is present, your entire invitation list will be requested (not recommended).
- Select FIND to display results.
- Checkmark the box for the attendee(s) you would like to re-invite and click RESEND INVITATION(S) to send the invitation again.
