Ann Pizzoferrato

Ann Pizzoferrato  practically grew up in her father's music store. She recalls being surrounded by creative music people such as her father Ralph (who established Center Music in Newington, Connecticut), her uncle who installed Pro Audio systems and her brother Justin who became a recording engineer! Ann developed skills in organization that led to her job at The Music People in 2011. Starting in Human Resources, Ann soon expanded her role by taking an interest in the company's benefits program and others way to help the employees. She assisted in the growth of the recruitment process and building the management team. Behind all of her projects was her goal to help employees so they could focus on the customer. This led to her position as Vice President of the Customer Experience, a perfect job for her skills and passion (not to mention an awesome title!).
