Dr. Jennifer Hall

Dr. Jennifer Hall was approached by Crystal Morris to assist a small team of women, then known as the Smart Women in Music (SWIM) founders, who were inspired and motivated to form a leadership training program. Now known as Women of NAMM (WoN), this group has spearheaded multiple development opportunities for women in the music merchandise industry, including the annual WoN Leadership Summit, which Jen facilitates. From the very first Leadership Summit in 2020, Jen has developed the program with a focus on guiding women who have already been contributing to the music industry and offering additional training to help grow their skills. Jen feels that one of the most valuable aspects of the WoN Leadership Summits is the bonding and closeness it facilitates for the women who attend. They create friendships that help them not only with their careers but their personal lives as well.
