Erin Connelly, a dynamic individual with a fervent passion for music, embarked on her musical journey alongside her twin sister in the fourth grade when they joined the school band. Since then, music has been an integral part of her life. She pursued her studies on the trumpet in college and developed a love for jazz. With her husband on the saxophone, she released a self-produced jazz CD, earning praise from DownBeat magazine—a testament to her musical prowess. In addition to her musical pursuits, Erin serves as the manager of Menchey Music in Timonium, Maryland, where she began as the store's lesson coordinator and was promoted to store manager, where she oversees her store's teachers and her team. As a member of the NAMM Young Professionals, she participates in the group’s mentorship program. Awarded a scholarship from Women of NAMM, Erin attended her first NAMM show in 2024, an enriching and enlightening experience that further fueled her passion for music.
