Franco Guccini

Franco Guccini expanded his family’s cane business from basket making to producing reeds for musical instruments. As president of Marca: Aches Reeds Canas Accessories, established in 1957, he developed a unique process for cutting, drying, and shaping cane. Franco's warm personality and dedication to customer service earned him admiration from musicians and dealers worldwide. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality distinguished his product line. His contributions were documented in his NAMM Oral History interview on March 14, 2008. Franco Guccini lived to be 95 years old, dedicating his life to enhancing the world of music.
