Greg Duncan

Greg Duncan began his music journey in the sixth grade playing trombone out in Longview, Texas. His passion grew and he played throughout high school and into college where he focused on music education. Greg became a high school band director. He taught music at Pine Tree High, Hudson High and Hamstead in South Texas, which he found very rewarding. In 2013, having benefited from the school road reps at Tatum Music, he decided to join their team to assist other band directors. In August 2021, Greg was among the employees called to the store after a devastating fire. The team, along with their vendors and community, rebuilt the store for a November 2023 re-grand opening. Greg expressed appreciation for all those involved stating, “The music community we supported came back to support us.”
