Howard Burton

Howard Burton was hired as a sales rep for Ken-tron Mfg., Inc. in 1999. The company has an interesting history, originally named Kentucky Electronics and it currently supplies wires and stamped metal for the music, radio, television, aerospace and medical industries. During his NAMM interview, Howard explained in detail the process of producing the wire used for guitar strings, which became a part of their product line in the 1980s. Among the most common sentiments expressed by the staff, which were echoed by Howard, is family feeling among the staff. Their holiday parties and other gatherings have the vibe of a family reunion.
