Iris Meneley

Iris Meneley combined her business acumen with her husband’s musical passion to co-found Texas Amps & Axes, a music school and retail store in Prosper, Texas, established in 2015. Iris joined the team the following year and has been instrumental in developing the school’s lesson program, which now serves over 700 students. The most rewarding aspect of her role is building relationships with the students and watching their musical talents grow and flourish under her guidance. Iris took part in the 2024 Women of NAMM (WoN) leadership summit, a yearly event designed to foster leadership development and expand participants’ professional networks.
