Jeff Lindahl

Jeff Lindahl began playing guitar and performing with his twin brother at a young age. They continued to play together throughout high school and college. At the time, Jeff formed a number of rock bands and gave guitar lessons on the side for extra spending money. Over the years he also developed skills as an instrument repairman, which along with his teaching made him the perfect person to work in a music store. When a friend in college opened Consolidated Music in Barrington, Illinois, Jeff soon became manager of the store. Jeff loved the idea of working in the store and being around all the gear and he found that he was developing a successful approach to selling. When the store went up for sale, Jeff bought it.
