Jennifer Weiss

Jennifer Weiss listened closely to the stories her aunt and mother would tell about working in the CF Martin Guitar factory as she grew up. She followed in their footsteps first in the string department with her mom and aunt and then developed building skills to become a luthier for the company. Moving into management, Jennifer worked in quality assurance before taking on the role of Director of International Manufacturing, which she thoroughly enjoys. Jennifer participated in the 2023 Women of NAMM (WoN) leadership summit. This yearly event helps participants develop leadership skills and expand their network of contacts and resources, to strengthen their current positions and future contributions in our industry.
