For over 13 years, Joshua directed the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra, leaving a profound mark on the lives of aspiring performers. Now, as the executive director of the Percussive Arts Society, his influence continues to shape the next generation of music makers. Thanks to his parents’ dedication to cultural experiences, Joshua's early exposure to the arts laid the foundation for his lifelong love of music. His journey began with joining the school band in 6th grade as a percussionist, and today, his leadership and vision continue to impact the broader nonprofit arts community.
