Katie Loesch
Oral History Information
Katie Loesch discovered her love for music through the French horn, which she played throughout school before earning her college degree in music. By day, she excels as the Human Resources Director for Gator Cases, and by night, she brings her artistry to life by performing in a local orchestra. Some of her fondest memories include the exhilarating marching band competitions of high school, the immersive experiences of orchestra summer camp, and the profound influence of her inspiring French horn instructors in college. A transformative chapter in her journey took her to Mexico City, where she performed before returning to the U.S. to serve as an HR liaison in a Spanish-speaking manufacturing facility for 17 years. In 2020, she found the perfect synergy of her skills when Gator Cases sought an HR Director. Under the mentorship of Crystal Morris, a founder of Women of NAMM (WON), Katie became actively involved in the group and, in 2025, attended her first NAMM Show as a proud WON scholarship recipient.
