Kelly Patterson

Kelly Patterson gets a smile on his face each time he assists a child in playing their first note on a musical instrument. He recalls that moment for himself, while in the 5th grade and playing a trombone. As the owner of H&H Music Service in Evansville, Indiana, Kelly continues to call on his local schools and attend band nights to help the band director assess the needs of each child in finding the right instrument for them. Kelly earned his degree in music business management in 1987 and was fortunate to have an internship right there at H&H. The experience drew him into the retail business with his love of the school band retail side. Kelly summed up his passion for his job by saying, “every day we help someone make music is a good day!”
