Kevin Rodriguez

Kevin Rodriguez began playing trumpet in his home country of Puerto Rico while in grade school. When his family moved to Texas, Kevin continued to play the horn in his school Marching Band. While in Texas, his father, who is the brother-in-law of Stevan Micheo, the founder of a chain of music stores in Puerto Rico, opened a small store with Stevan’s assistance. The store provided young Kevin with his first understanding of the music retail business, customer service and the importance of helping fellow music makers. In 2011, while living in Puerto Rico, Kevin began working in his uncle’s Micheo Music stores. He has grown into the role of General Manager and takes great pride in continuing the family’s musical traditions.
