Kristi Jacobsen

Kristi Jacobsen has always been surrounded by music. During her school years, she played clarinet in the wind ensemble, marching band, and for several musicals. After earning a degree in music business, she interned in artist management while attending graduate school at Cal State Northridge. In 2015, Kristi joined the Alfred Music team with a focus on customer service for their retail partners, which led to her position as Director of Customer Service. Kristi participated in the 2023 Women of NAMM (WoN) leadership summit. This yearly event helps participants develop leadership skills and expand their network of contacts and resources, to strengthen their current positions and future contributions in our industry.
