From studying with Joel Chadabe on the iconic Moog modular at State University of New York at Albany to joining Lexicon during the launch of groundbreaking products like the PrimeTime delay and 224 reverb, Larry's career has been marked by pivotal moments in audio history. As a writer, he chronicled the emergence of digital technology in the field, conducting interviews with visionaries and groundbreakers. His contributions to audio post-production, including pioneering the use of synced ADATs for "Bump in the Night" and implementing Dolby Pro Logic 2 for "Jedi Knight" at LucasArts, have cemented his legacy in the industry. From being the first graduate of Berklee College of Music's online degree program to pioneering the use of MIDI control in live performance, Larry's ingenuity and passion for sound continue to drive innovation forward.
