Michael Houser

Michael Houser is the Chief Executive Officer for Cascio Interstate Music, which serves both as a brick and mortar store in New Berlin, Wisconsin as well as an internet store. The store was established by Frank Cascio, a professional accordion player, in 1951.  Over the years the store has built an impressive reputation for innovative marketing that often led to opening up their customer base and product lines, such as when they created a mail order division as early as 1970.  When Michael took over the business, he continued with that vision and worked long and hard to build the Internet element of the company as well as focusing on the needs of those who walked into their store. When walking into the store one thing is very clear, customer service is a top priority!
