Michael Santucci, AuD is an award-winning audiologist and the pioneering founder and president of Sensaphonics, Inc., based in Chicago, Illinois. For over 40 years, he has been a leading expert in audiological treatment and hearing protection strategies, working with Chicago-area musicians, sound engineers, and some of the world’s most prolific performers and producers. Sensaphonics designs and manufactures high-fidelity, custom in-ear products that protect hearing while preserving exceptional sound quality. A dedicated advocate for hearing conservation, Michael serves as Chair of the Music-Induced Hearing Loss Task Force for the National Hearing Conservation Association and leads the Technical Committee on Hearing and Hearing Loss Prevention for the Audio Engineering Society. He also consults for the Grammy Foundation/MusiCares and has been a core contributor to the World Health Organization’s Listen Safe Initiative since its inception in 2015.
