Rhonda Beleck

Rhonda Beleck feels privileged to be among the very few who get to know each employee of Mississippi Music’s four locations. Overseeing the 401(k) and benefits programs for the company, Rhonda often travels to each store for training. Over the years she has also played an important role whenever needed for parent’s night at their Biloxi location, helping with special sales and inventory. Among the highlights of her over 20-year career with Mississippi Music are the family events such as picnics and holiday parties. Nothing beats going to work and feeling part of a family.
