Russ Bullis

Russ Bullis took up the trumpet as a child and played throughout high school.  During his college years he gave trumpet lessons at the local music store and took a strong interest in teaching.  He was later a band director after college for six years.  He taught at the same school, in Lawrenceville, Ill, where is wife, Betsy, was the choir director.  His next step in his musical career was when he was hired to run the sheet music department at Paige's Music.  The department was later purchased by JW Pepper and Russ continued to run the business.  Russ also served as president of the RPMDA Board, where he proudly served the industry he loves.
