NAMM Musikmesse Russia to return to Moscow for Seventh Annual Fair
Russia’s only international music-trade exhibition, NAMM Musikmesse Russia, will return to Moscow’s Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre, September 13 to 16, 2018. The seventh edition of the fair will offer new opportunities for every aspect of the music industry, from suppliers and users of musical instruments, to sheet music and music production. Moreover, this year the fair will offer all visitors the opportunity to purchase products directly from exhibitors.
Globally-known brands will be found across three pavilions: In pavilion 4.1, visitors will be able to enjoy a brandworld of guitars, equipment for electronic & club music, keyboards and synthesizers. Drummers United, a separate pavilion created exclusively for drums and percussion, returns for the third time and will offer event program including workshops of popular drummers, presentations of new products, educational sessions and much more for percussion professionals.
Pavilion Classique in pavilion 7a will be devoted entirely to classical and music products and instruments. Here, visitors will be able to appreciate the beauty and variety of pianos, string instruments and acoustic guitars. The Acoustic Stage will host performances and master classes inside the pavilion.
International and Russian manufacturers and distributors of musical equipment and accessories are already on board for the September event, indicating that NAMM Musikmesse Russia is on track to be the largest gathering yet.
Among the exhibitors is Yamaha Music, one of the biggest global manufacturers of musical instruments and audio equipment. Yamaha Music became a strategic partner of the show to popularize music playing, to encourage music education and to boost consumers knowledge on a contemporary range of musical instruments, thereby making meaningful connections between consumers and the brand. At the fair, Yamaha Music will present workshops featuring popular, international musicians in a separate pavilion.
Once again, NAMM Musikmesse Russia will present an exciting program of events targeting both trade and public visitors, including an extensive B2B program which will include dealer conferences, educational forums for music teachers, seminars by industry professionals, meet and greets and much more to meet the diverse business needs of music industry professionals.
For the first time, the fair will offer a special educational center for young musicians, to be located in a dedicated conference call. Here, established industry experts and popular artists will share their career experience and explain how to become a successful musician in today’s world.
On all four days of the fair, visitors can attend masterclasses and clinics on different topics including guitar and electro music, vocal, producing and recording, PR and self-promotion, musical management, selling music, and more.
