NAMM Young Professionals Group Announces Its First Annual Summer Rodeo Networking Event to Be Held During 2011 Summer NAMM

NAMM YP-Summer NAMM
Carlsbad, CA

The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) today announced that the NAMM Young Professionals (NAMM YP) group, a networking group of music industry professionals age 40 and younger, will be hosting its first-annual Summer Rodeo Event on the first evening of the 2011 Summer NAMM Show.

The mix-and-mingle event is being held on July 21, 2011, at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, a few blocks from the Nashville Convention Center at 120 2nd Ave., and starts at 6:30 p.m. The highlight of the night will be the opportunity for attendees to strut their bull-riding talents on a mean, mechanical bull named Buster. Great prizes will be awarded to the person who can last the longest, show off the most stylish ride, and to the one who needs the most assistance from the rodeo clown (shortest ride).

The registration fee is $30 and includes entrance in the bull-riding competition, great Nashville BBQ food and access to a private, open bar. Most importantly, attendees will have the opportunity to network with their fellow music industry peers.
