NAMM hosted a free webinar on August 14, 2024 as part of our EU compliance series for companies selling products in the European Union (EU) to gain a deeper understanding of General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR). This was the second webinar in the GPSR compliance series, and this time we took a deeper dive into each step of GPSR compliance. From risk analysis to designating a responsible person in the EU, special guests Jens Radimerski, Compliance Specialist Non-food, trade-e-bility GmbH, Magdalena Barylska and Compliance Expert, trade-e-bility GmbH provided suggestions for how to set your company up for end-to-end success when selling products to the EU from outside the EU.

About the Speakers

Mr. Jens Radimerski is a compliance expert / consultant for non-food products at trade-e-bility. He has 10 years of experience in various retail companies in the fields of product compliance and quality management with toys, furniture and electrical products.

Magdalena Barylska, has been working in the field of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and product compliance in the European context for four years. Ms. Barylska has been responsible for project management at get-e-right for almost a year.
