The TECnology Hall of Fame, Presented by the NAMM MUSEUM of Making Music

Founded in 2004 and developed by George Petersen, the TECnology Hall of Fame honors and recognizes audio products and innovations that have made a significant contribution to the advancement of audio technology. This year’s session, which is presented by the NAMM MUSEUM of Making Music and supported by AES, will induct 10 pivotal products—developed between 1928 and 2002—into the Hall of Fame. Inductees are selected by a panel of more than 50 recognized audio experts, including authors, educators, engineers and other professionals. Products or innovations must be at least 10 years old to be considered for induction. Come out and celebrate these innovations and the people and companies that made them possible. More than nostalgia, it’s essential knowledge for pro audio professionals.
