Exhibitor Hours

Exhibitor Freight Target Load-In Schedule & Labor Timing

Exhibitors should refer to the freight target load-in schedule, which provides your truck's check-in time at the marshalling yard.   Important:  This is not your unload time at the Anaheim Convention Center.  It is the time your truck can check into the marshalling yard.

When scheduling labor, allow 4-6 hours for freight delivery (halls A-D) and 8 hours (ACC Levels 2-3 and ACC North) from the time your freight carrier checks in until labor can begin.   This will ensure labor is not idle while waiting for freight to be delivered to your exhibit space.

Exhibitors may work beyond the published hours during the "Move-In" and "Move-Out" periods, as long as they remain inside the building.  Security will not allow re-entry into the building outside of the published hours.

• Saturday, January 18: 8 am - 5 pm
• Sunday, January 19: 8 am - 5 pm
• Monday, January 20: 8 am - 6 pm
• Tuesday, January 21: 7 am - 6 pm
• Wednesday, January 22: 7 am - 8 pm
• Thursday, January 23: 6:30 am - 6 pm
• Friday, January 24: 7 am - 6 pm
• Saturday, January 25: 7 am - 9 pm (show hours 10 am - 5 pm/pre-order Freeman labor)
• Sunday, January 26: 8 am - 5 pm (pre-order Freeman labor)
• Monday, January 27: 8 am - 5 pm
• Tuesday, January 28: 8 am - 2 pm

Freeman Exhibitor Service Center Hours

Freeman Exhibitor Support team will be available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may be extended the day before show opening and the day of show closing to accommodate additional exhibitor needs.
