• Electric outlet inside the room (5 AMP to include plug-in strip with 5 outlets)
• Company ID sign (22” W x 28” H)

• 10' x 10' space without walls (100 sq. ft.)
• Gray carpet (100 sq. ft.)
• 1 white couch (69” L x 29” D x 33” H)
• 2 white swivel lounge chairs (28” L x 25” D x 30” H)
• 1 black coffee table (48” L x 26” D x 18” H)
