ACC NORTH EXHIBITORS – LEVELS 100 and 200
Below you will find specific details pertinent to exhibiting in this space.
Unlike the ACC (original building with traditional expo hall floor), ACC North is more like a large meeting room. This space contains carpet, with newly painted walls, and finished ceilings. It is also capable of paring down to smaller rooms, using airwalls.
If your exhibit is in a meeting room, balcony meeting room, demo room or other sectioned off space in ACC North, please scroll down and reference specific room dimensions. It is required that meeting room exhibitors submit a room diagram to the Fire Marshal, please see details below:

Exhibit Obstructions: Please review the map for all fire equipment located in and around your booth space or meeting room. All fire strobes, fire speakers, exit signs, and fire equipment located at your meeting room entrance or within your meeting room must always remain visible and unobstructed.

Sign and Truss Rigging:
- Level 100 Rigging is served by Freeman. Orders can be placed by visiting Freeman Online.
- Level 200 is served by Encore Global. For Level 200 rig points and pricing, please contact Aaron Maher at 714.697.1319 or aaron.maher@encoreglobal.com.
Facility Walls: Combination of acoustic panels and white painted dry wall. Note: Materials may not be attached to walls; any damage will be billed back to the exhibitor.
Facility Carpet: Blue-gray linear pattern. Carpet ordered through Freeman follows all facility guidelines and is approved. If you choose to put carpet down on carpet, please reach out to tradeshowops@namm.org for approval. Exhibitors are required to have protection between the facility carpet and any added carpet. Note: Damaged carpet tiles will be billed back to the exhibitor.
Damage: Any building damage inside the room or outside related to entrance units, walls or carpet will be billed to the exhibitor.
Electricity: Electrical access is provided via utility ports located on the floor. Electrical service will be provided from the nearest port to the booth space. Please provide a detailed booth plan indicating the locations of electrical requirements with your electrical order to Freeman. Place your electrical order by signing into Freeman Online.
Atmospheric Effects: Artificial fog / smoke will adversely affect the ACC fire security system. All atmospheric effects must be water based. You must notify NAMM if you are planning to use fog/smoke machines in your room and receive advanced approval through the Atmospheric Effects Demonstration Request Form. Requests must be submitted by November 15, 2024.
Freight Target Move-in and Move-out: All exhibitors must adhere to the Freight Target Plan. Please email mark.victorino@freemanco.com with questions.
Exhibiting details for ACC North Level 200 Meeting Room Exhibitors only:
Meeting Room Air Wall Schedule: NAMM is working on an airwall target plan that entails the open & close schedules for your airwalls. You will be contacted directly by tradeshowops@namm.org with your meeting room schedule.
Front Entrance Outside Meeting Room: For meeting rooms 17100-17112 and 18802-18816, the front entrance outside displays is restricted to a maximum depth of 8 feet.
Balcony: You may utilize up to 8' in front of your room on the balcony. You may section this area off or keep it open to attendees. Each balcony includes complimentary furniture. Exhibitors are responsible for the $150 fee to remove existing furniture and requests must be made in advance on the meeting room request form.
Signage: If you are using free standing signage outside your door, a rendering must be submitted to NAMM for approval with your room layout. Sprinklers cannot be blocked by entrance structures or banners.
Room Keys / Lightings: All meeting room exhibitors must complete the Meeting Room Information Form. A credit card is required to obtain room keys, request doors to be re-keyed, and/or dimmers. Deadline to return keys: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2024. Any keys not returned will be charged a lost key fee to the credit card on file.
Cleaning: It is your responsibility to order cleaning service and room access to clean your room with Freeman.
Pre-Show/After Hour Events: If you are interested in planning an event before or after show hours in your meeting room, you must complete the Pre-Show/After Hour Events Form for approval no later than November 15, 2024. Please review the form carefully to ensure all associated rules are understood.
Fire Marshal Requirements
To meet all Fire Marshal requirements, please submit your room diagram no later than November 15, 2024
- Below you will find a scaled copy of your room diagram with all measurements listed. Submitted meeting room diagrams must include all aisle widths & structure measurements.
- Exit signs and exit doors must be shown on the room diagram and they shall be visible and unobstructed unless otherwise approved by NAMM and Anaheim Fire & Rescue.
- Fire Equipment such as strobes and fire extinguisher cabinets must be shown on the diagram and must be kept clear, visible, and unobstructed.
- Ceiling height is 25 feet, however all equipment in rooms and show floor must be 18" below the ceiling to account for the sprinklers.
- Please complete the Meeting Room Information Form for fire marshal for review. The fire marshal will approve or return with additional instructions. When plans are finalized the fire marshal will include maximum capacity for the room.
- The Fire Marshal will be onsite during move-in to ensure everything matches the plan.
